Do you understand UAE VAT, payroll, and free zone vs. mainland rules?
We've built for it directly: SmallERP calculates VAT on every line item and runs payroll for UAE small businesses, live in production today. That's a better answer than a promise. You can see it running.
How much does a build cost?
Covered on the 30-minute call once we understand your workflow. It depends on complexity and how many systems it has to connect to. We don't publish a number because a generic one wouldn't be honest.
How long does it take to get something running?
It depends on the scope, so we'll give you a real timeline on the call, but the shape is fixed. Scope ends with a working prototype, not a slide deck. If you move forward, the production build ships it to production, checked and monitored, and you own it at handover.
What if we're not sure this is even an AI problem?
That's a fair question to bring to the call. Most things businesses try to solve with AI turn out to be a data problem or a process problem instead. We'll tell you honestly which one you have, free of charge.
Will we own what you build, or are we locked into you?
You own it. Code, prompts, and tests are transferred to your accounts at handoff. Full stop. "Operate" afterward is optional, not a requirement to keep the thing running.
Most of our business runs on WhatsApp. Does that work with what you build?
Yes. It's a common starting point for UAE businesses we work with. SmallERP itself is WhatsApp-first: owners send a photo of a receipt through WhatsApp and the AI takes it from there.
